- Thyroid Cartilage Composed of Hyaline Cartilage.
 Thyroid Cartilage Is A Shield Shaped
- It Is A Large Cartilage of Larynx.

- It Lies Front of Neck.


- It's Anterior Part Project Outward, So Called Laryngeal Prominence OR Adam's Apple.

- It Is Easily Visible In Adult Male.
- In The Structure of The Larynx The Thyroid Cartilage Lies Between The Hyoid Bone & The Cricoid Cartilage.


- The Thyroid Cartilage Is Connected Superiorly To The Hyoid Bone By The Thyrohyoid Ligament & Inferiorly To The Cricoid Cartilage By The Cricothyroid Ligament.
